Level One: “Hello! My name is ——— and I was wondering if you are hiring! I don’t have any flower experience but…” I do get these emails, and that’s totally fine! But we will need to get you trained first!
Levels 2 & 3: Assistant
Levels Two and Three!
Level two: Assist in setting up weddings on-site with the boss! Pay is hourly.
Level Three: Set up weddings on-site on your own with some light arranging! Pay is hourly plus mileage.
Level 4: Assistant Arranger
